    Hello,
I’ve installed your plugin in my web. Everything works fine, except that when I register a new user I have certain fields mandatory: first name, last name and a new field called Dojo.
When listing the users, these three fields doesn’t appear in the users admin list. These are my plugins installed:
    Akismet
    bbpress
    contact form
    drag and drop featured image
    duplicator
    easy google fonts
    event list calendar
    google analytics
    imsanity
    jetpack
    links with icon widget
members (I’ve tried deactivating this one but it didn’t work)
    simple custom post order
    simple image widget
    diapositiva
    special recent posts free edition
    theme my login
    theme test drive
    wordpress SEO
    WordPress Stats View Counter
    WP-Forum
    WP Category Tag Cloud
    YouTube

Please, any idea why I can’t see these three fields in the list??

When you say “admin list” I assume you are referring to the Users > All Users screen?

First name and last name are added to that list by WordPress by default, so unless you change the option name of the field, there should be no issues with displaying that on that screen.

For any custom fields, if you want them displayed in the Users > All Users screen, you can check the box for “Users Screen” to include that field in this table.

Note that process uses WP’s protocols for adding custom fields to Users > All Users which includes adding the fields to a WP array of fields. You have quite a list of plugins there – if one of them also does this, it is possible for improper filtering of this array by another plugin to cause this to not work properly. If a field that you have specified to be included in this table is not appearing, I would deactivate other plugins individually and re-check to see if this is being dropped by another plugin.

Yes, that’s correct. In the Users > All users screen I can’t see these three values when a new user register.
Once a new user is added from the web register form(and therefore no fields are shown in the Users screen), if I edit the user information adding the first name, last name and the other custom field, then they appear in the users > all users.

I have tried also deactivating all of the plugins in a testing environment leaving only yours but still can’t manage to make them appear.

    Any more ideas?

I’ve had to think about this because there are no issues with the feature that we are discussing. So if all other plugins have been disabled for testing and problem persists, that just doesn’t make any sense. So we have to figure out where the disconnect is.

The only thing that I can come up with is asking if this is a multisite site? If so, adding fields to the User Screen only effects the user screen for that site. It does not effect the user screen at the network level.

No, my site is not multisite. I’ve tried also to save both name and surname under address, put this field as mandatory and visible, so that in the register form I can use it but still it won’t appear neither in the mail or in the list.

    Any more ideas??
