    Has the site been working before? Did anything change on your site? Have you checked the database settings in your wp-config.php file?

    It may also be your hosting – so ask them if the above is correct.

    That’s most likely a hosting issue – because your site is now loading for me.

    Ask the host why you are getting that message intermittently – it’s usually because they are overloading the database server. Looks like you are using pretty minimal hosting?

    Sorry, that’s outside what these forums can help with. Hosting is your responsibility. Just say “I am getting intermittent “Error establishing a database connection” errors on my site. Can you check that everything is okay on the server/host end.”

    I wouldn’t necessarily delete it – just move the site to better hosting –
