Sub menu suddenly won't save new items

    There are currently only 4 and the final total should be less then 10 items in the submenu.

    1. I’ve tried multiple browsers and computers, given that there were many post suggesting this.
    2. I tried turning the plugins off. No luck.
    3. I tried switching themes. Again, nothing.
    4. I tried creating an entirely NEW menu and that didn’t work either.

    I’m using Yoothemes Royal Plaza theme on WordPress 4.0. I’ve even got the development site on the same server and it works fine there.

    I’m completely out of ideas here. Does anyone have any ideas on what I’m missing?

    there are 4 items but there should be 10 items in the submenu?

    in Appearance > Menu do all 10 items show up?

    When you view source on a page where the menu should be, can you see the html for the 4 menu items or for all 10?
