upload picture in contact form with Twenty Fourteen

  • Hello,
    I use wordpress on wordpress server (I have just selected a theme and have nothing else to install, it’s easy) but I want to create a page with a contact form with a field to upload a picture. On forums I only saw the possibility to create a template and add special php code in it (input type =”file”).
    I don’t see the possibility to create a template on dashboard ; how can I do ?
