are you using any plugins that could be redirecting the login process?
do you have access to your website via FTP client to deactivate plugins?

are you saying that you don’t have access to DASHBOARD (WP-admin) or you don’t have access to webhosting account to get to file manager in control panel (cPanel)

i don’t have access to my dashboard either and no one seems to be able to tell me how to resolve this. 2 days & i haven’t been able to get into my site.

if you don’t have access to your worpdress dashboard, then you can use do one of the following methods to access plugin folder if you want to remove a plugin

1-login to your webhosting account. if the webhosting account has cPanel then you can get to your file manager. in the file manager look for the WP Content folder and you will find Plugin folders there

2-access your website via FTP client (ex. filezilla). your FTP client needs to be connected to your webhosting account. the support team at webhosting company can help you with that. once you have FTP access all set up and connected, you can find the the WP Content folder and you will find Plugin folders there.

contentiskey, I’m not a techie, so i have no idea what you just said. my webhosting acct? would that be on www.ads-software.com? and what is FTP client? WordPress has been giving me the run-around for 2 days. should i call BlueHost instead? they’re the ones I purchased it from.

lostorwandering: bluehost would be the webhosting provider.
    webhosting is something you purchase
WordPress software can be installed in a webhosting account to help manage and organize the website content you want to display.

i think bluehost has a live chat support area.
    https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/chatlite?

your webhosting support team can help you find
(1)file manager in cPanel in your webhosting account
    and/or
(2)the credentials to access to your website via FTP if you decide to use that method.

note: you might find using the cPanel file manager easier to find the plugin folder(s)

I think My Webhosting account is through 123Reg. I have logged into my account on there but I can’t find any Files on there pointing to plugins.

here is a related article that I found that might also help (FTP the final frontier) https://torquemag.io/fixing-white-screen-death/

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
