pop up moves away when I move the mouse

    WordPress 4.0 running InFocus theme, am testing the free version of CM Tooltip Glossary with a view to upgrading to Ecom.

    I have activated “Show tooltip when the user hovers over the term” and when I mouse over the term, the popup appears. However when I move my mouse a bit to the right to try to click on a link in the popup, the pop up moves further to the right so I cannot reach it, then it disappears.

    On your demo website, the popup remains stable, so that if I move my mouse quickly, I can move over the text and links in the popup. But not on my website, and I have tested both in Chrome and in Firefox (latest versions).

    There are no related errors in my inspect element console. There are no error in the plugin settings > Server Info.

    I have eliminated all plugin conflicts by disabling all plugins one by one, and have even replaced the theme with the default Twenty Fourteen one, but still the same problem.

    This is not a big or an error but a feature which is not supported in the free version…

    Very frustrating, because the pro version says you are not to purchase it in order to test its compatibility – you should test the free version first before purchasing the pro. I intended to purchase the pro, but I read and followed those instruction and installed and tested the free version first.

    Now I am being told the functionality which I consider is essential (i.e. being able to mouse-over the popup text) is not supported in the free version.

    I’m getting the feeling I’m being given the run around. The pro version sent me to the free version. The free version tells me I need the pro. And no one is giving me any reassurance. Sigh.
