Username and password are required (pop-ip) without using the Download Manager

Hey,

since version 2.7 my site requires a username and a password (pop-up window). I’ve installed the plugin and activated but there is no section for the download manager on my site yet. However, when a visitor comes to the website the pop-up window shows up. Step-by-step I deactivated and activated the plugins and the download manager was responsible for it. So, for now I’ve deactivated the plugin that my users don’t have the pop-up problem but I’ve attached a link to a screenshot:

Any solution for this problem? Update to 2.7.1 didn’t help… I’m using the current WordPress version.
