theme viewer blacked out?

old news, you might have searched before posting this.

and you might have directed me to the location. This is the second time out of two efforts to get respectful support from this forum that I’ve gotten sarcasm instead. It’s not quite the result I was expecting from the reputation I’d heard of this place but it’s not likely to be forgotten either.

I get black images when I click on the enlargements and downloading each and every theme just to see what it looks like is not a very viable option.

so if anyone has any other truly helpful suggestions, I’m all ears. I had this problem months ago, then it was gone, and now it’s back. The fact that it’s intermittent would not support the suggestion that one-man show simply didn’t have time to load thumbnails, as was suggested in the tread I searched.

A major overhaul is being done to the theme viewer. Everyone will just have to be patient.

patience is no problem. Thanks so much for letting us know what was happening. Is there any time frame for the completion?

Last I heard it was sort of open-ended, though I know they’ll hustle as much as possible as it’s a critical part of the structure.
It will be posted here when back in business.

I’ve also been waiting on information about the theme viewer showing broken images or blackened images. Its a shame the viewer pages do not explain the problem.
