Site is completely gone… Please help.

  • When I go to login to https://www.weymouthgirlsbasketball.com/home/
    I receive this error message and cannot get past this page:

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /data/19/2/116/106/2605595/user/2857949/htdocs/WordPress/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/custom-post-types/nova.php on line 807

    I cannot access anything and we are in the middle of signups.

    Please please help. I do not have access to the hosting site and limited computer skills.

    I can’t access my site at all… I am unable to get past anything but that fatal error.
    Am I doing something wrong?

    2 way to deactivate plugin :
    1 deactivate via wp-admin
    2 delete plugin via FTP

    Still unable to login to wp-admin. Is there any way around this fatal error message?
    Would you be able to walk me through how to delete it via FTP plugin?

    install ftp client ex : FILEZILLA

    enter your site host, username, password in the top left FILEZILLA window..to get this access you can contact your web host..
    or you can use cpanel => filemanager to delete plugin..

    plugin located on /wp-content/plugins/
