no_events not working in shortcode

Hi,

I think I found a bug in the handle_eventlist_shortcode function. It seems like the function is ignoring the no_events shortcode attribute and is just passing on an empty string instead of reading the attribute. The following shortcode does not show the no_events text when no events exist:
[eo_events event_category="events" no_events="There are no upcoming events at this time, please check back soon."]
