Repeating Field Info in Entry Listing

Gravity Forms Directory version: 3.6.3 (dev)I did this: The information is being captured by a form here: https://elcontest.freshdezigns.com/resident-directory-form/ and displayed using the Gravity Forms Directory plugin here: https://elcontest.freshdezigns.com/resident-directory/.
I expected the plugin to do this: Show the individual entries correctly when selected from the directory.
Instead it did this: When I choose the entry to view all the specific details, some are repeating. They are not repeating on the backend, just how they’re displayed on the front end on the individual listing page. I’ve tried a default theme and deactivating all plugins but it remains the same
