Coupon Code Not Working

Great plugin! But unfortunately the Coupon Code function is not working for me. I need a Coupon Code that will discount 100% of the price. I’ve tried this a few different ways but it never applies the code when I click the Apply Coupon button. Can you suggest any fixes for this?
