Hello, from further testing it does look like the theme “we.make” is causing the problem. I cannot deactivate this theme so do you have any suggestions on how to reactivate the menu item?

We are able to access the pages through a direct link but the menu is still hidden. The plugin works its just a little inconvenient to access due to the lack of menu link.

Hi I think your theme has an issue. I have tested this plugin in various themes without a problem. Did you review the link I posted above?
