Custom side bars in Montezuma theme

  • How do I add custom sidebars in Montezuma theme.
    I have a default Widget One area but want to add other sidebars to other pages.
    Simple Sidebars plugin appears and I have installed and created custom sidebars, changed the sidebar on the page but it doesn’t work. I guess I need to change some code in the template but to what and how??
    Please can you advise?
