• Hi,

I am managing a couple of WordPress sites, I haven’t really had problems til now, I have a couple of problems and I hope you guys can help

    1. For the website: lbo-deals.com
some of the images does not show on the page, some show a broken picture icon and the header is blank and in the media gallery, the picture that I uploaded shows only a broken pic icon too. I inspected the header and checked the file in cpanel and it is there. I don’t know why it suddenly disappeared, I haven’t really made changes except for the 4.01 update. I tried looking up for known issues and I cant seem find anything similar.

    What steps should I take?

    2 For the websites: wealthdownloads.com and rockwellmarsh.com

My problem is that when I upload media/images it gets an error or gets stuck crunching, and when I open the media library it just shows a loading icon but does not actually load.

I’ve read several issues like mine, so far the steps I’ve taken was:

change the permissions for wp-content in both filezilla and cpanel, reinstalled the 4.01 update, updated all of my plug-ins, I can upload pictures fine in cpanel but I cant use the wordpress media library.

Also for rockwellmarsh.com, there is a small 404 error on the upperleft part of the site.

I have a hunch that the error really started in my webhost cpanel, but I cant seem to pinpoint it and I really need help

I hope somebody can help. Thanks in advanced ??

I might also add I recieved an email from my webhost saying that there was malicious code detected on my sites here’s part of the email:

    Dear customer,
    >
    > This notice is to inform you that we have detected malicious code in your
    > website files. We have compiled a list of compromised files on your
    > account, as well as the code injected, below.
    >
    > In order to maintain a secure hosting environment, we will be
    > automatically correcting these compromised files on your account; however,
    > please be aware that you are responsible for verifying that the content
    > hosted within your account is secure. We strongly advise that you update
    > your installed scripts and software, as outdated scripts and software are
    > the most frequently used method for accessing and gaining control of a
    > targeted account.

it then gave me a list of files then it said:

The malicious code detected is similar to:
    >
    > Files with the following contents or MD5SUMs, which contain malicious
    > code:
    >
    > <\?php\s\$zend_framework\=\”[a-fx0-9\]{1,1000}\”\;\s\@error_reporting\(0\)\;\s\$zend_framework\(\”\”\,\s\”[a-fx0-9\]{1,1000}
    > eval\(gzinflate\(base64_decode\([‘”]pRlrb9s48nMOuP
    >

    did this cause this?

also it may be helpful if you see screenshots of my errors:
