Interior Page Bars are not showing in correct location

    Hi Andrew,
    Since you were able to fix the permissions issue last week – I’ve now developed a new problem.

    The interior page bars are showing on the bottom of the page even when selected to be at top. Since this was not an issue until today, I assume that it is a conflict. The only plugin that was added, which should not have had an impact, is “enable Media Replace”.

    It should not be a theme issue since it was originally working. I have a very complex system, so without having to deactivate all of the plugins is there a way to determine what is causing the bars to be displaying at the bottom of the pages on the interior pages, the home page is correct?
