Creating database-store and queries via plugin

I am utilizing some plugin that generates forms as well as TablePress, so that data which gets entered in the form needs to be stored in DB, and I need to displayed the stored data in tables and fields I create through TablePress or any other table creating plugin.

As you can tell, I’m no programer and I’m hoping to learn as I go.
