Google Pagespeed and image dimensions

Ok, thanks. Is there a way to implement this into the plugin so we don’t need to modify core files? I know this is not a top priority, just wondering ??

Unfortunately not. The reason why I did not hardcode the height and weight is because it allows user to have their own rating images and hence it may vary in sizes.

I wonder if you do it via CSS, does it make a difference to Google Pagespeed? Something like
.post-ratings-imag { width: 16px; height: 16px; }

This plugin is dated and if I really have the time, I will rewrite it using CSS instead of using images.

I would recommend PollDaddy’s Ratings https://support.polldaddy.com/rating-widget/. Not too sure it is what you want
