Worked great but then…

The main viewer video became huge (not scaling to window size) and the thumbnails disappeared (oddly after I deactivated the Page Lists Plus plugin)
Tried the [raw][/raw] thing but they just show up on the page.
Tried activating all other plugins.
Checked and both the head() and footer() are called.
Any other ideas??
