upload image or pdf and have them appear on a specific page

Is it possible with this plugin to upload a jpeg or a pdf through the front end and then have that jpeg or pdf appear on a specific page as a thumbnail? Without any backend work?
I am looking to have a file share page where certain users can upload on the front end so that other users will be able to download them. Needs to be simple.
