Footer widgets don't display properly in chrome

    Hello!

    I found some strange behaviour on my local machine while working on a site using i-Transform theme. I then checked with the online demo site at https://templatesnext.org/itrans, and sure enough the problem exists.

    Step 1. Use Chrome to go to https://templatesnext.org/itrans
    Step 2. Scroll down to bottom of homepage.
    Step 3. This is how the footer widgets appear on the homepage: https://snag.gy/5swR8.jpg.

    However things appear fine when viewed with Firefox/IE: https://snag.gy/KiFiP.jpg

    It probably is due to some js issue, but I am not an expert to be able to say for sure.

    Could someone please recommend a fix for this?

    This is what I have noticed:
    The theme is functioning fine with FF(33.1.1)
    The theme is not functioning fine with Google Chrome (Version 39.0.2171.71 m)

    As you said the issue is js because it is the behavior that is causing some trouble in the google chrome. I am not an expert but issue is definitely related to the cross-browser compatibility issue.

    The issue become resolved once you scroll back to the top and then come back to the footer in the chrome but it is an ISSUE that needs attention.

    there are issues with css column with different browsers, we will try to replace that with jquery in next version.

    Great to hear! I was dissapointed when I had to go look for another theme when I discovered the footer problem. Can you give us an indication of the release date of the next version?
