• For a while now, I have had the issue that the “customize” interface, while working, does not show the site but instead a blank page. I am running another instance of this theme with the same versions and plugs without the issue.
I might have been playing around with directories at some point, possibly changing from https://www.mysite.com/wp to https://www.mysite.com.
This change seems to have had an effect on the preview on yet another instance I am running of this theme, but on the site in question, I seem unable to get the preview back regardless of what I choose.

    Site in question is mcasien.com

  • Hello #Eyeland, the 2 URLs you provided seems not to point to the exact complain you stated herein. In as much as the former is no longer available *Page not found* and as both points to an hosting website.

None the less my suggestions will be for you to delete both themes *parent & child*!. And try reinstalling them again. Should the same problem persist, delete the entire WP installation from your respective host and start all over again. Painstaking tho -: ,you just have to “live, die, repeat” on this one *literarily*

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Cylo
As this problem has arisen after building alot of content, there is no way that I can justify going through the process of starting over with the entire installation. Is there really no way of troubleshooting this issue?
I just noticed that the problem exists on other sites of mine as well, sites where I haven’t tweaked or changed anything.
Site referred to above is mcasien.com
