Form submits, emails received, doesn't redirect, validation errors

I have a form using CF7 – I can submit the form, I receive all emails as normal.
It does not redirect – it gives a validation error saying: “Your entered code is incorrect.”
(Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.)I can’t see what is wrong.
