WP Ecommerce product page not displaying properly in Customizr

Hi, try adding this patch into your child-theme functions.php

ok thank you. i must admit that i’m a novice at this. i was reading up on child-theme functions but don’t know where to find this in my site. can you assist me with that please? and as to how i would add the patch? thank you so much!

Don’t miss the “Note” just above “How to override Customizr core functionalities with a child theme”.
So install also https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-filemanager/ and in the child theme folder, created with child-temify plugin, where you can see the “style.css”, create a new file named “functions.php”.
This file has to begin with
<?php
then below that line add the snippet I wrote in the post above.
This is a simple process, but if you make errors in “functions.php” then your site will “break” (you won’t lose anything, but you’ll not be able to access to it). So I suggest to make some tries with a local installation.

and use:
if ( ! ( class_exists('WP_eCommerce') && class_exists('TC_header_main') ) )
instead of
if ( ! class_exists('WP_eCommerce') )

hello, we installed this patch and it’s almost fixed. it seems that now the page is with theme however we see the code of the page displayed. what can we do to get rid of the code that we see. also, on some of the other pages not all of the prices for membership are showing. is WP eCommerce really compatible with this theme? do you think i should use woocommerce? i really want to simplify this for my membership. thank you so much for your help.

What do you mean with “page code”? I cannot see any code in the pages you linked. Although I can see something weird here: https://www.iabdassociation.org/products-page/memberships/board-member/
For now you can hide it with css :

.wpsc-product .custom_meta {
    display: none;
}

Just wanted to say the code in this post fixed the site I changed to Customizr – I was having the same issue with the WP Ecommerce plugin (free version) and now it’s solved!
