Track outbound HTTP and assign it to script
-
Hello,
I understand this is rather a Linux question, but I would appreciate some help. I have some knowlegde on Linux, but not enough knowledge on PHP.
I have a WP installation, and our firewall does not allow outgoing HTTP. I have managed to add some exceptions, but after installing some new plugins I see some more network traffic blocked. As I do not have access to our firewall, I did a ‘grep http *’ on each plugin’s directory, but I am unable to find a match on the IPs blocked. If I could find them I could easily remove those references (which I believe are mostly used for ads).
So, how can I determine which script inside the plugin directory initiates that outgoing http connection?
Thank you
