Can someone help me for cash?!!

I am very pleased with myself having installed wordpress and the theme I wanted – I even made a couple of adaptions and added a plug in (although that doesn’t seem to work)

I have now got to the end of my technical abilities / patience and would like some halp for fairly simple stuff
