Pinboard comment box showup , and sidebar top pushed to bottom

Hi, I am running a Pinboard theme on wordpress, and recently I uncheck comment allowed, the first 6 home page works great. But after that, all post pages show Name* after title with comment box show up. And the sidebar top widget goes to the bottom. Which looks so weird.
