Disable Link for thumbnails

Hi There,

Apologies for not being able to find the answer but would anyone happen to know how I can disable the function that when I click on a thumbnail it enlarges the image in a different window.. ie All i want to see on this page is the thumbnails with no clickable functions

Any help would be much appreciate

ps I have turned the lightbox off in the settings but this only stops the enlarged image from scrolling to the next..
