Once updated, flow from checkout to paypal doesnt happen

Your problem is with the WP eCommerce theme files in your active theme folder.
The file for the shopping cart page.
Remove that and let the plugin use the default one. The one you have is outdated.
I bet the issue occurs only when you select the SHipping same as billing option.

I am needing to get this resloved, as Ive had people contact me saying they cant check out…

the file should be in your theme in FTP:
/domains/spitpermit.com/html/wp-content/themes/vigilance_pro/wpsc-shopping_cart_page.php

also @awhite8002 enable country/state fields on the checkout page.

It isnt in there. This is a mess…
also dont see country/state field on checkout page

I deleted that file listed, then delted e-commerce totally, and then added it again. this solved the issue for an hour, now its doing the same thing. Not allowing all items to go to paypal.

@awhite8002 I can only assume your site is spitpermit.com? You never replied with your site URL.

If this file wpsc-shopping_cart_page.php is not in this path wp-content/themes/vigilance/

1. Are you using a cahce plugin? If you are delete the cache

2. Got to your WordPress admin Click SETTINGS > STORE > PRESENTATION find the button on this page that is labeled “Clear Theme Cache” click this.

It also appears you’ve made changes to the checkout form that may be causing some problems.

If you continue to have problems You might want to open a support topic and have someone assist you directly.

The ‘Clear Theme Cache’ is not in there, so I assume I am NOT using a cache plugin?

As stated, I deleted this file: /domains/spitpermit.com/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce

then I deleted the plug in/and added it back.

We are not asking you to delete the plugin. You’re looking in the wrong location. Please look in this path wp-content/themes/vigilance/

Also if you are running our plugin “Flush Theme Cache” is there sorry I said Clear Theme Cache in my previous reply. Essentially the same thing though.

You’re running our plugin obviously so it must be in SETTINGS > STORE > PRESENTATION

Also if checkout is working for some products and not all.

1. Please provide a link to the exact product not working.

2. Ensure all your products have a weight specified especially the product not working. If it should not have a weight be sure to specify that it should not have shipping applied.
