• Just informed that paypal support personnel have insisted that the s2member generated buttons not be used. The issue was the time of free access which was initially set at 30 days, then changed to 60 days. The button generated by s2Member properly reflects the 60 days but paypal is not reading it and is making the free period 30 days. After the client spent countless hours on the phone with Indian support personnel they finally flat out refused to send him to a supervisor or technical client services support on the issue. Now what? Yes he is using the free version but if they are doing this to a simple free period and then brushing off s2member as a source of buttons you guys are gonna need to fix this one.
