• So, some of the modals work well – the ones with media (photos or video, even embedded video via iframes in the modal).

But, the modal won’t even open for the following …

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.formstack.com/forms/js.php?no_style=1&form=some-form-needed&style_version=v3"></script><noscript><a href="https://www.formstack.com/forms/?some-form-needed" title="Online Form">Online Form - Zendesk Submit Form</a></noscript>

some-form-needed is some unique identifier for the form

    Any assistance would be helpful!

    Hey Trekkie,

I tried testing it but realized i need the unique identifier. So i checked out the formstack site and copied one of the examples script links and used that instead.

The form seems to work as it should inside the modal.

If you are experiencing a conflict with another plugin it may be best if i can look at the site to determine what needs to be done to fix the error.

In the case that another plugin has a general JS error, if it occurs before Easy Modal scripts are run then this would cause all modals on that page to not function. Unfortunately we can’t control the other plugins JS though, but can try to help you get them to address it quickly(assuming they are active)

Many thanks for the quick help! It looks the timeline plugin is what’s causing it even though it isn’t on the page with the easyModal, so I’m seeing if I can nail that down first before adding something to your plate!
