• Hi,

    We’re using Paid Memberships Pro along with the PMPro Add PayPal Express plugin, so we have it set for users to choose to pay either by credit card (Authorize.net) or PayPal.

    The problem occurs on the MEMBERSHIP CHECKOUT page when the user selects CHECK OUT WITH CREDIT CARD HERE. The user enters all of their information in the billing address and payment fields, clicks SUBMIT AND CHECK OUT, but then a red box appears at the top that says “Please complete all required fields.” But all required fields ARE completed.

    Can anyone help with this please? We’re stumped, and we’re trying to get this up and running as soon as possible!

  • We are having the same issue. Found 2 other support threads here but the suggested fixes arent working for us, and we dont have any caching plugins.

    We are having the same issue as well. We’re using Braintree for payments. I haven’t found a fix but need it pretty quickly.

    We switched to stripe and the issue went away. Not ideal for a fix, but we were considering it.

    Having been a paid support user and now a free user of this plugin, Its pretty disappointing the level of support for such critical functions like this. I think we are switching to a new system from here on out. Just hard to deal with 700 members in a transition that involves monthly billing.

    We never found a resolution and were forced to disable the plugin and just use PayPal since customers can use their credit cards through there anyway. Not the solution we were looking for as some people still assume that PayPal is only for those with PayPal accounts only.

    The support for this plug-in is abysmal. Seems that Jason and his wife are far more interested in the “paid” members to their web site and answering questions there instead of giving this forum any attention at all. They should be spending time making fixes. I’ve found quite a few bugs with this system already.

    I was a paid member last year, support was about the same. Hence the reason i canceled it. We have been switching to WooCommerce with the membership / groups add on. Works well.
