Picture won't upload

    I’m using the Simpleo theme. I’m trying to upload pictures that I’ve uploaded before and it keeps giving me an error that says “Error: The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2014/12.” It started when I was trying to upload a logo file that is 61 KB and is roughly 2000×800 but is doing it with all uploads now. I’ve already checked the dimensions in the Settings>Media area.Any ideas?
