    1. How to make site to fit device width on page load? I have this in header.php :
    <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, maximum-scale=1.5, minimum-scale=0.5, initial-scale=0.5, user-scalable=yes” />

    2. I cannot scroll horizontally on mobile/tablet. vertically works fine.
