You have to skip image handling option if this is not external or non media uploaded image. You can simply use img sourcei post content.

    2) You can simply use img source post content.

You can refer a existing post in wysiwyg in text edit mode. You can use the exact html to create your csv post content. e.g. like
<strong>How to sample csv files made to work with wordpress field attributes? Explained in below image.<img width="706" height="717" alt="sample csv file for wordpress" src="https://www.smackcoders.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/sample-csv-file-for-wordpress-1009x1024.jpeg" title="sample csv file for wordpress" class="aligncenter wp-image-2331"></a></strong>

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

I understand. So you can not insert a picture in the feature image field through a load (csv) without add this in the media library?

    Best regards.

You mean featured image here. Yes, for now the option is not available. May be added in future releases.
