Echo images by category name

How to echo the image by category name rather than category id ?
eg: <img src=”<?php echo z_taxonomy_image_url(‘my-category-name’,’medium’); ?>” />
instead of:
<img src=”<?php echo z_taxonomy_image_url(‘2′,’medium’); ?>” />Thanks
