.htaccess directives for Apache 2.4

Suggestion for improvement: the directives added to .htaccess by the plug-in are not compatible with Apache 2.4.7. The lines “order allow,deny” and “deny from all” have been replaced with “Require all denied”. Not a big deal, but every the plugin makes a change to .htaccess, I have to manually change all of those entries again.
