multiple attendees

I have the decaf version

I am trying to add an event and how do I have multiple attendees under one registration.
also
I am also trying to add another question to the registration (all required)
1. first
2. last
3. email
4. year on board

Is this an option with decaf or do I need to upgrade?

Please let me know ASAP as I am trying to get this event posted.
