Complex WP task ahead

    OK so I have someone who has asked me for a website that does the following and I want to know if WordPress with plugins is capable of doing this:

    Clients must have with their own profile

    In their profile they must be able to do the following:

    PASSWORD/PIN NUMBER STORAGE
    DOCUMENTS, VIDEO AND PHOTO STORAGE SERVICE
    FILES TRANSFER BETWEEN FAMILY/FRIENDS AND COMPANIES(BASICALLY OTHER PROFILES)
    EXPAND TO MONEY TRANSFER BETWEEN PROFILES
