Duplicate Search Results Displaying – Why?

I am getting duplicate search results — sometimes — at my new blog that I am developing. Here is a text file of the search.php file:

Here is a URL to a search page that has a duplicate entry display: The DollarBuyDollar.com entry is shown twice.

I am stumped. Any ideas on what is causing this?
