Events are now White Pages

I am having the same issue after upgrading to 3.9 where my individual event landing pages are blank. Please help!

I just upgraded and mine isn’t white it’s like wood flooring LOL
Any help??? I was just getting ready to upgrade to Pro but I have to wait to make sure this is working first now.

I was also told by support to post my thread in here and it looks like someone has already started a thread with the same issue I’m getting.My /events page URL with the month display of events looks good and fine, but since the update if you click on any single event it brings up a black white page.

I FIXED MY PROBLEM!!!!

I realized my wordpress was out of date so I updated my wordpress to the most current version and all my events are now click-able again.
Please check your word press to see if it’s out of date and see if that helps you.

Well according the Author the new version of this plugin (3.9) was suppose to be 100% compatible with WordPress Version 3.8.1 and it wasn’t. I haven’t updated to the newest version of WordPress, yet.

Once I upgraded word press everything worked fine. I would suggest you do the same to fix your problem.

Tomandbunny is correct. It is an outdated version of WordPress. Our latest version is only compatible with WP 3.9+. It was our bad, our documentation folks were not made aware of this prior to launching the new version so our docs were wrong there for a bit. I am very sorry about that.

You really should update though for your own safety. There is currently a wide spread attack taking advantage of a security vulnerability in WordPress installs under 4.0. As a rule of thumb you should always update WordPress because of how often it is a target of hackers. But, I realize that in the real world it’s not always possible. Cheers!
