Tomandbunny is correct. It is an outdated version of WordPress. Our latest version is only compatible with WP 3.9+. It was our bad, our documentation folks were not made aware of this prior to launching the new version so our docs were wrong there for a bit. I am very sorry about that.
You really should update though for your own safety. There is currently a wide spread attack taking advantage of a security vulnerability in WordPress installs under 4.0. As a rule of thumb you should always update WordPress because of how often it is a target of hackers. But, I realize that in the real world it’s not always possible. Cheers!
