checkout fields manager issues

since the addition of the the email tab, some of the details that used to be displayed within the ‘new order admin notification’ email are now missing. It appears that the missing details are all the additional fields that I have created via the ‘jigoshop checkout fields manager’.
I have tried to update to the latest version of checkout field manager to see if this fixes the issue, but I keep getting the message:’An error occurred while updating Jigoshop Checkout Fields Manager: Update package not available’.
There is defiantly something up with the checkout field manager as I have just found that ‘state_billing’ field was randomly added to the checkout page, preventing anyone from being able to fill it in and therefore not letting people place orders.
Please can someone look into this asap, ive has so many issues with jigoshop ??
