I create a portfolio of suite on cruise ships
    https://mysuitecruise.com/
Please help me find more information about posts called ‘project’ in WP. I tried to find but not too much to understand the benefits of using ‘project’ over regular post.
Sounds as categories don’t show up in slug fro ‘project’ it is correct?
Also, they don’t have tags. Portfolio instead. Correct?
    Thank you!

It sounds like the ‘Project’ posts are Custom Post Type probably being generated by your theme or plugin. https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Post_Types

WordPress by default only has Posts and Pages, however with Custom Post Types it can be extended to do other things.

In this case either a plugin or theme has added Project with custom properties, such as not having categories. Custom Post Types can be incredibly useful, but often themes abuse them. If I had to guess I would say in this case, the theme you are using, is using Project posts, to be styled differently.

    Thank you Tim!
Yes, I have modified Twenty Fourteen. Right now I know the direction to go.
    Thank you again,
