    Jetpack Mechanic ??

That’s indeed caused by Jetpack and the Photon module:
    https://jetpack.me/support/photon/

Since Photon caches your post images “forever”, if you want to “refresh” an image you will need to change the name of the image.

    I hope this helps.

Can you explain the steps to “change the name of the image.”

    I have done this:
    1. Dashboard>Media>Library
    2. Edit image
    3. Alter the filename shown (page title?)
    4. Save

    Which did not help.

To change the image file name, you’ll need to edit the file name on your local computer, upload the image again by going to Media > Upload, and then replace the old image by the new one in your post.
