Show Post Ordered by Price Plan

I have made a website on wordpress. There is price plan as Premium Blog Posting, Featured Blog Posting, Free Blog Posting having premium highest price value, after that featured so on. I want that user who register by paying Premium Plan show on Top after that it should show Featured Blogs and atlast it show Free Blog listing.

Please Help me to solve this issue in wordpress. Thanks
