I can’t find a gallery tool that works!!!

  • I am having a hell of a time finding a gallery tool for a band website that I have a WordPress 2.0.5 installion with.

    Generally we receive zipped folders of images that I want to bulk upload into a “photos” page. I have uploaded and tried to activate about ten of these plugins and I am now just extremely frustrated.

    I want to upload a folder or zipped folder to a page and either have a link to a new page that has all the photos listed or have them publish to this photos page.

    I am running this version on purpose. There are plugins that wont work with the newest version.

    whatever, a hacked site runs no plugins whatsoever . thats the risk you want to take, fine. Too bad your risk doesnt just affect you, eh, it’s nice that you are so thoughtful (of yourself at least).

    For the record, there are NO 2.0.5 friendly plugins that I’m aware of that wont run on 2.0.10, so that excuse is a load of crap. There were NO signifigant changes between those versions .. other than security related stuff.
