SSL Seal appearing in page?

I started this thread a couple days ago.
I have a client who has PMPro in a testing phases and we made a test page. When you click on the Register button and then click on a product you get the form on this page and it shows what I was told is code coming from the SSL seal.
Does anyone have anything on this?
