Where do you see the Verification linl in WordPress?

Okay, check if you have set correct email address in Settings >> General tab. If it is correct, then the email might have delivered in the Spam or Junk mail folder.

Try making slight changes in the “Reading Settings” page and save the changes. See if it sends the Activation email again.
