Bug with the static page <!– nextpage –> links

Hey guys,

I’ve narrowed a bug down to having a page selected as the entry page (static). When you split the content into pages the page links at the bottom of the page stuff up.

Example: https://shanejacobson.com.au/index.php

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
