Preview Function & Update don't seem to work

  • Dear Team,

    since a couple of days (and even before upgrading to 4.1) I could not preview modifications nor could I update. At least it looks like because whenever I click on preview or otherwise go to the published version of my page I cannot see any modification I have done.

    Any idea where to search for a solution? A similar problem seems to have occurred when updating to WP 3.5 but the topics are all more han a year old and I could not detect anythink helpful there.

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. Please try:

    1. Run all pending updates available at Dashboard > Updates.
    2. De-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins.
    3. Re-test. If the issue resolves, re-activate your plugins, one by one, each time checking the problem.

    Hi Misplon,

    unfortunately, the issue is not resolved. I can see additional rows and widgets in the design mode but the view mode does nto show them…

    Btw. the modifications I did seem not to be lost, since I can see that there is a version being saved under revisions.
    In another topic from last year the single.php was identified as having caused the problem…
